Role & Responsibilities
End to end accountability of project ( from project initiation to project delivery)
Relationship and communication management - Manage business relationship with global & local stakeholder (internal and external), working with teams across the business to ensure successful
execution of the projects
Risk Management – Identify project risks at early stage and provide mitigation plan.
Scope Management - Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. Prepare SOW/RFP
Time, cost and financial management - Define project tasks, resource requirements, timelines, manage
project estimated hours/budget vs project actual hours/budget. Make sure projects are profitable. Raise
red flag when needed.
Operations management – can work on multiple deliverables within defined SLA in stressful environment.
Team player – can work independently with Creative designers, Frontend/Backend developers, QA, SEO,
Offsite project managers and Account Management te
Dashboard and Metrics – Provide ongoing project metrics like project status report, maintain RCA tracker, Estimated vs Actual time consumed etc. Bring new ideas and work with Delivery Head to improve current project governance.
Working as Business Analyst ( writing documentations, putting structure, helping business team in estimations/RFP/SOW)
Overall experience – 4+ years
B.Tech & MS/MBA or equivalent preferred
Should come from Digital project management background. Have worked on
Website/mobile app design projects, HTML banners.
Excellent communication. This person should be able to switch to Account
manager/Client facing role when needed.
Someone who can switch to account management/ client facing role when
Exposure to Scrum Master role, Agile, sprint planning, Jira. Good to have
experience with global stakeholders, Team management.
Excellent working knowledge of tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Basecamp,
Version One, Invision
